Quinci and Ian’s wedding at Common House RVA was one that will always be imprinted on my heart.

The most memorable moment of the day for me was the moment Quinci walked down the aisle. She was given away by her mom and brother while a voicemail from her late father played, so in a way he was there in spirit to give her away too. There was not a dry eye in the place.

These photos greatly represent what it means for me to take a documentary style approach to wedding photography. I was able to spend their day hanging out in the background, noticing the genuine moments that deserved to be documented.
